1) Product information

All products listed on www.pantoufle.com.au are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us by the various overseas suppliers. Please note however that items ordered from the catalogue may vary slightly in colour or shape from the picture in our catalogue, due to the fact that they are all hand made and therefore no two items are exactly alike.

2) Payments

All payments are done through PayPal*

All orders are pre-paid and will not be despatched until full payment has been received and cleared by Pantoufle

All prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars.

Prices quoted do not include delivery costs or transit insurance.

* Paypal, owned by ebay, is a global online payment system. PayPal is a convenient easy to use and secure way for individuals and businesses to send and receive money online for goods and services. Paypal allows you to send money securely from your credit card, debit card or bank account without ever revealing those details. PayPal is free to join.

3) Delivery

Pantoufle is able to deliver to most areas in Australia and overseas. The majority of our items are shipped with Australia Post. Some larger items and, depending on destination, are shipped with selected leading nation-wide couriers. We strive for prompt and safe shipping around Australia and overseas, ensuring items are correctly packaged to avoid any possible damage in transit.

All items shipped within Australia and overseas are covered by transit insurance and require signature upon delivery.

Products lost or damaged in transit will be replaced upon completion of investigation with Australia Post or courier company.

Because we import our items from overseas, we ask for 14 days shipping time from the date of payment, although in most cases, delivery will take place earlier, provided we have current stock of the ordered items. Should we need to order the items from our suppliers overseas, delivery may take up to 21 days.

4) Returns

Your satisfaction is our number one priority at Pantoufle.

If you receive any products that are damaged, we will organise a replacement for you.

Please note however that we will not accept a return or an exchange on any products based on the buyer's change of mind.

Replacement products will only be shipped after the faulty or damaged item has been received by Pantoufle. Products damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of such product.

Refunds and returns or replacements do not include postage and/or handling charges and all such charges are at the expense of the customer.

5) Refunds

We will gladly offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the damaged item and if we are contacted within 14 days of the invoice date. No refunds will be offered after 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6) Retention of Title

It is expressly agreed and declared that the product delivered by the seller to the customer remains the sole and absolute property of the seller as legal and equitable owner, until all money due to the seller has been paid. Such a product however will be at the customer's risk from the time of despatch of the product to the customer.

7) Privacy Policy

At Pantoufle we appreciate that you value your privacy and wish to have your personal information kept secure. For this reason, we only collect personal information that is necessary and relevant for us to conduct our business as an online provider of goods.

The personal information we collect will include information you give us when you make an order for the purchase of a good that we supply. This personal information will include your name, address and contact details and may also include other personal information about individuals we collect in the course of a transaction.

We may also collect information about you when you use our website www.pantoufle.com.au. Your use of the information and services available through our website will determine the type of information we collect about you, for example, when you complete an online form when placing an order or information you provide us when you send us an email. Please note, we will record your email address if you send us an email.
